I had a set of 5 Z-car 14x5 steel wheels blasted and powder coated. That is an extra half inch over the stock roadster wheels. Eventually I'll switch to a set of Minilite replica Enkei 14x6 wheels.
They were wrapped in 195/60/14 Yokohama AVS ES 100s. I really like these tires!
At first I liked the “Japanese” look of the blacked-out wheels. It looks very road-racer. After I while I decided it looked unfinished or like I had lost the hubcaps. I added a set of beauty rings, that you can see on the next page.
